I am a regular customer of mmt & i recently booked kop to bangalore (Rani chennama) train ticket. Train no. 16590. Journey date is 28th oct. The amount (Rs.1615/- for 2nd a/c class) has been deducted from account (Corporation bank, himdupur, andra pradesh. Ref no.[protected]) but ticket n booking confirmation /mail not received till. Iam a regular customer of mmt and i recently booked delhi-sfo-delhi return ticket (Air india) worth rs 1, 87, 000/- from "make my trip" website just because i was getting rs 11000/- as a bonus cashback in my wallet. Although booking directly from air india was approx 5000 cheaper but i was tempted by this 11000 cashback offer.

refund promised but never made

I had rescheduled my flight dated 29th september-02nd october to 30thdec-14th january. ticketing information and cancellation

I booked two return tickets to new york on sunday 24th sept 2017. When i booked the first ticket the system showed that i qualified for a cash back offer.
While booking the second ticket i tried to use the cash back but the system just kept stalling without giving me any further information and i wasn't able to use the cash back.

cancellation of rail ticket

Railway booking is done through irctc. But i donot get any mail on my registered mail id "[protected]@yahoo.in". So how can i know about my bookings. Niether i get the mail regarding my booking of flights. Now i have to cancel some of my booked tickets, but when i have no details how i will cancel them. So pls arrange to send all my bookings either rail or flight to my above mail id and also let me know how to cancel them....

regarding extra charges by mmt for hotel booking

Hi,

I booked a hotel through makemytrip last week. My booking id: nh2p[protected]. I called the hotel guys to know more about the amenities provided by the hotel. Apparently it was a very average hotel. When i asked them, they informed me that the cost of the room you booked is 1350 (Including taxes). I was shocked to see that the same hotel mmt has projected the price to be 4100 rs in the invoice and has given me some discount....

udf refund no status after 2 months

As per government rule, person travelling between 7th july - 18th july will get udf refund due to charges slashes. Me and my husband travelled del-pnq on 9th july by vistara flight 720[ udf refund 1100/- approx ] and jet airways: 9w 331 [bombay to new delhi] on 16th july, 2017 [udf refund 950/- approx].
