I have used bicycle trip for 16 minutes. Bicycle number 3231213 in aundh location. Due to parking full message i am unable to end my trip. I have used it only for 16 minutes but still now it is continuing counting more than 11hr.

Could you please assist in ending the trip. Kindly have look on issue and help resolving on priority.

    I booked pedl from hero honda bus stop (Near dell domlur flyover). And i lock that cycle near dedl point but i didn't end my trip. Now that cycle is moving by someone but i got bill approx 500 rupees is going but i am not using that cycle and also i don't do end trip.
    When i press the end trip button
    Then output message is : end trip is prohibited is display
    Please short out my problem.

      Booked cycle no. 3161150. I'm not able to end the trip though i was standing on parking station alotted for pedl cycle. I tried for half an hoyr but unable to do so. To manually unlock it but to no avail. And i tried to take help support in app but that is also not functioning even i couldnt send email, while trying to send mail it showing that something went wrong. Whats wrong with you guys. Its been 1 hour and it is charging and texting me continuously for payments.
      And please make sure that you have a dedicated customer care number exclusively for pedl.

        A) discontinuation from zap programme for vehicle no. Ap31tvb0256 at
        Visakhapatnam was sent on 07 jul 2018 which was firmly responded by your team
        Through a reply mail. After repeated e-mails and reminders the iot device was
        Uninstalled from my car on 09 august 2018, which is 32 days later from my notice date.
        B) i have understood after repeated calls that i have been removed/blocked to
        Contact zap support team on their zap associate customer care no. So there was no
        Option of contacting the team or zoomcars private limited on call and to the peaks
        There is no manager/head here in visakhapatnam and they don’t has any office here at
        This location. Mr sudheer nunna, who was the person who had processed my file in
        Visakhapatnam in nov 2017 for listing the car in zap platform and was the person to
        Sign in agreement made had left job at zoomcars. So there was no point in contacting
        Him. I was stranded and was running pillar to post and was enquiring my fellow zap
        Associates for need, but i could not get any contact no’s or updates regarding my
        Vehicle change of ownership.
        C) the car was supposed to undergo the repairs of damages caused by the
        Customers during the bookings made on zap platform. The zoomcar india pvt. Limited
        Is responsible for those repairs according the zap 2.0 policies. The images were sent
        As urged by the team through mail but the repair issue was never addressed formally
        And repairs are still pending from your side.
        D) from 07 jul 2018 to date its almost 04 months the repairs of the vehicle and
        Change of ownership has not been done or initiated. I have been trying to contact zap
        Support team or zoomcar india pvt. Limited on numerous platforms like g-mail (To zap
        Support on zap. [protected]@zoomcar.com dates are jul 28, aug 3, aug 7, aug 09, aug
        14, sep 26, sep 29, oct 9, oct 31 of 2018 and to mr. Dhinakaran on oct 31 2018 to mr.
        Sudheer nunna on 27 sep 2018), on customer care no., facebook - mesenger dates
        Are 27 sep, 29 sep, 09 oct, 11 oct, 31 oct of 2018, but there used to be the same formal
        Copy-paste replies every time. I used to be desperately waiting to hear from your team
        Or zoomcar india pvt. Limited to get an update and reason for the delay which has killed
        My valuable time and made a huge loss. I have all the proofs of call recordings, mails
        Sent to zoomcar india pvt limited with date and time precisely.
        E) despite several remainders over breach of payouts for the completed trip
        Bookings on your part, you have failed to abide by consent terms of your zap policies.
        There is a certain amount pending to me from zoomcars on various bookings.
        Whenever some unusual deductions or extra charges (Like for cleanliness charges,
        Extra mileage, damages, wrong kms calculation, wrong fuel reading calculation) are
        Reported to zap team, the validated or promised amount has never disbursed or
        Reimbursed to me which is a huge loss.
        F) this is a clear violation of terms of the agreement you had signed and consented
        To at the time of listing car on zap platform. The agreement also contains a clause
        Where zoomcars shall handover the vehicle in reasonable commercial condition save
        And agrees to provide all reasonable assistance for re-registering the vehicle under
        Lessor (Me) name on termination.
        G) the vehicle is registered as a commercial taxi cab and the business with
        Zoomcars india private limited was not fruitful and seemed to be a fraud company
        Which does not have any ethics of doing business and making people utter fools. The
        Non transfer of vehicle on my name has compelled me to pay increased amount of
        Interest rates on emi's, a very high amount of insurance, rsa and various other
        Compulsory allied charges. As the car was not re registered in a prescribed time bound
        Manner i have to bear a huge loss in terms of money, time and mental trauma all these
        Gone days in 05 months. As the vehicle was not transferred on my name i have missed
        A good income opportunity to engage/run the car on various other income generating
        Platforms alike zoomcars in the market. My entire business has stopped since last 05
        Months and i have suffered huge financial losses due to the same.
        In spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by me you have
        Willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused to repair the vehicle
        And change of ownership on my name within the time stipulated as per the
        Business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default
        In due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the business
        Transactions and/or agreement.

          I strted with cycle 3188562. I kept in an empty parking slot. It has been more than 3 hours. The trip is not getting ended and showing parking full. Also going on deducting money evry 30 min. Is this a joke or a new way to siphon money from customers. If this is the kind of service i am not taking any rides in pedl anymore. Wasted around 8 rs where it should be 1rs. Very disappointed. Not even a proper help or customer care provided to ask for help. Simply binding customers in a choked situation and taking money. I want the trip to end with immideate refund.

            I have taken pedl cycle from Jangali Maharaj Road Pune and went to Laxmi Road Pune. I have used a cycle for 15 min and then parked for approx an hour.
            After returning back I tried to unlock the cycle and resume my trip however it did not get unlock and trip is also not ended. I tried many times. So I have to leave my cycle at that place and went back home. After a while I have also tried to end my trip almost 10-15 times but the app is not doing anything. I got a message next day that you have incurred charges of 231.
            And now my trip shows live and continue to charge a money

              Unable to end the trip from last 4 hours. Yesterday i faced same issue and it got eneded after 5 hours. Today also i am facing thr same issue. Whenever i am trying to end the trip i am getting message of time out. I have attached the screenshot for evidence. I have parked cycle at pedl station after 30 min of my ride, till then i am unable to end the trip.

                I booked a tata hexa car from zoomcar, jaipur (Booking id-jps64nj7n) car no-dl1na2736 on 16th nov.

                The car provided too me was in very bad shape. But i had to accept. As soon as i took the car on highway the plastic bidding of the windshield came out which i reported to customer care along with the other issues in the car. The representative told me to ret it repaired and claim the bills which he told would be around re 50. But i managed it temporarily. This bidding was already in a damaged condition when i collected the vehicle but noticed after i collected the vehicle.

                When i returned the car they put me a charge of rs 1500 on this. I again called the customer care but they said that i will have to pay this amount and literally forced me to accept this amount, otherwise they would not accept the car.

                I raised a written complaint against this amount of rs 1500 which was charged to me. And every time they replied that they have verified and the claims are right.
                Yesterday i asked them to verify the ivms system report and go thru the customer care recording.. Instead of sharing me with the reports they have send a recovery notice to me.
                Its clearly a case where they don't want to resolve and instead take the money forcefully or by threatening us.

                  Hi,

                  Like everyday, i started the trip from hsr and reached domlur around 10:05am. I have locked and parked at bike station and tried many attempts
                  To end the trip but its not ending.

                  Most of time after 2 attempts it ends the trip but today its not ending.

                  I am unable to end trip and its keep on charging me and deducting from paytm account.

                  Please end the trip and refund the amount to paytm accordingly.

                      I started a trip at annanagar metro on a pedl cycle (100300) on 25th nov 2018, 8.06 pm, and tried to end trip at bougainvilla park. I was in a hurry so i locked the cycle and clicked end trip on the cycle and left. But the trip was not ended. It was automatically ended on 26th nov 2018 at 1.12 pm. As per zoomcar policy even if the trip was not ended, if the cycle is locked, in 10 mins the trip should end. It took 1 day to end, and i was charged rs 309 for that. There's not even a helpline number for pedl for me to talk to soemone about this

                        Pedl-I am trying to end trip since 2 hours but it's not working.
                        When I click on end trip, the progress bar gets stuck and nothing happens.
                        I have parked it at the correct station next to other 2 cycles.
                        I am trying since 2 hours and it's the same again and again.
                        I even tried parking the cycle at another station but even there the end trip progress bar gets stuck and doesn't end trip.
                        Please help and refund asap

                          For the first time, i was using pedl, and i cycled around 17 mins, for it charged rs 1. But when i parked the cycle and also locked, and tried to end the trip under trip under progress, it is not ending. I waited there for half an hour, and tried to end the trip continuously, but it didn't end the trip. And now, they have charged me rs. 2 for another half hour. And it goes on charging on every half an hour. Is it the type of service you guys provide to the customer. I also tried to contact you on the toll free no. But it doesn't tell anything about pedl. Please end my trip and return my money. My bike id was 3212617.

                            Hello Team,

                            On 25th Nov. I booked the Zoomcar PEDL cycle and rode for 20mins.
                            Then I parked the cycle and locked it. But was unable to end the trip for more than 12hrs. and charged me around 231/- INR which is completely irrelevant and fraud.
                            Please advice on this and refund my money back.

                            Unfortunately there is no option to talk to the customer care

                              Hello, this ia extremely urgent. I am using pedl service in kharadi, pune. My cycle number is 3199217.. I unclocked the cycle and my trip started since morning 1:30 pm. And the cycle wasnt unlocked. I tried ending the trip but im unable to end the trip. After 30 mins somehow i unlocked it successfully but later when i wanted to end the trip m not able to do so please help this is urgent. It been 3 hrs unable to end the trip. Please end the trip and refund my money back. And the most annoying fact is you dont have an instant helpline number service, in such discrepancies and emergency situations.
                              I request you to immeadiately end the trip and refund my money back.

                              Yesterday i have tried booking the PEDL bicycle3199217 from Kharadi Pune at 1:30 but I couldn’t unlocked it. At that time billing got started, After 30 mins, somehow I unlocked it. I used it for 30 mins maximum and then i parked it at PEDL station and locked it. I was trying to end up the trip but it was not succeeding. I got multiple sms from zoomcar to lock it and end up the trip which i did it already but was not able to end up d trip. Today i got the sms of total outstanding bill which is Rs.378.It is supposed to charge Rs.9 for my trip. I need a refund of Rs. 369.

                                I am unable to end the trip of cycle no 3177743. I have used cycle today for 19 min after that i locked the cycle at it's station. Now whenever i am trying to end my trip it display message that "something went wrong please try again later". It is more then 6 hrs now and still my trip is active and unable to end it after many attempts.in the help secetion there is no option to connect anyone. It is really a pathetic service and this is not first time from last 4 consucutive trip i am getting same issue earlier it used to get end autmatically after 0ne hour but today it is more then 6 hours and my trip is still active.

                                  It was very surprise that the pined point of the car location of the zoom car booking number jps649uky was given as room 117, bharti towers and turned out to be govt. Staff quarters.
                                  Also zoom have not provided proper address that is, the block number of bharti tower and so i had to run here and there just like wild goose chasing. I could not find any vehicle that too in a new city which i have never visited. Also there were many blocks in bharti tower bhubaneswar but not mentioned the block level in the booking. And i am not provided any contact number for the representative from whom i should collect car. I missed the booked car, lost booking amount and delayed my purpose for visiting bhubaneswar. Therefore i request you to do the necessary steps. Regards

                                  We did check the above issue and see that the vehicle was available at the shared location. Also, you will be able to reach the exact location using the trip buddy ( navigation). As you have not picked the vehicle, there will be no refund processed as per policy.

                                    Hi,

                                    As is used pedl cycle for 5min after that i am trying to complete by trim but due to more cycles in stop i am unable to end the trip for next 1 hour.
                                    Because of delay in ending trip i lost 20 rupees.

                                    When i start my trip from source to destination how could i know that how many cycles are there in destination point and because of this i can't end the trip in destination.
                                    This is worst service to end the trip. There is no emergency contact.

                                      I have used this cycle to reach a certain destination and while leaving, I booked an Uber. I did not even unlock the cycle or begin the trip but to my horror, I'm being billed for a trip I wasn't even on and FOR THE SAME CYCLE!

                                      The cycle is at the PEDL station & I'm unable to end the trip, and money is being drained out of my PayTM wallet.

                                      You guys need to have a customer care support or something, like what kind of service is this? Atleast appoint someone to deal with these issues :/

                                        I started a trip and locked the cycle after 10 minutes at the station but couldnt end the trip even after one hour. The trip also didnt end automatically and i am still receiving messages to end trip and trip charges but i am unable to end trip.
                                        I dont know what to do now. It has been pathetic since i have been trying to contact the customer care of zoom car but they are not available and the numbers are wrong
                                        If you are starting a service like this and unable to support customers then it is totally waste
                                        However the idea of peddling is good but until the appropriate support is provided it would be a waste
                                        Kindly resolve the issue and end my trip as discussed here without any extra charges. The cycle is already locked and parked in the station but dont know why it is asking me to park me again at station. The zoom car pedling service also even changes their station frequently and the users are not notified about them
