I took a pedal cycle 3251979, when i unlocked i found that chain socket is damaged, so i parked the cycle at that station only. And when i tried to lock the cycle there is no locking clip so that i can push it to lock the cycle. I am unable to lock the cycle. My trip is continuing since more 3 hrs. I am unable to end the trip. And also no one there to assist. I didn't found any customer service support number for pedal service.
It's 12 pm in night. I left the cycle and came back. Please help to lock the cycle as well as end the trip.

    Not able to end trip for the pedl bike. It has already deducted 36 rs from my account.
    This is a frequent issue observed.
    If it continues then i doubt if people will actually be preferring to use it.
    Kindly solve the issue and don't deduct faltu amount from users account.. This is just cheating...
    I have used the bicycle just for 5 min but is is continuing to charge me

      I am helpless and very disturbed for the issue of taking a pedal zoom car...I'm not able to end d trip ...even after so many attempts...please help me area Austin town plamgorve road ...this is insane n killing people money..not acceptable n want to sue to court the people who found this app...it's a strict warning to a cheaters..

        Please help this is insane...I ended ma trip long back ...I'm unable to end it from so many days please help me...I will lodge against complete zoom car n punish yo guys..refund ma amount of rs 36 or else I will sue yo too court for sure...area plamgorve road Austin town cycle already parked ..please end the request m return ma money . This is insane n not tolerable

          I would like to request you that, as i am a regular customer, in maximum cases i will use this pedal cycle service trips only one regular route. If you want you can verify with my registered mobile number : [protected]. About my past trips

          And my last trip on 23rd august, 2018 was also started at 07.18pm from nh hospital regular location. And i parked that cycle in pedal station only that too before 8.00pm and that day i was having bus at 8.15pm from silk-board which was near to my regular end trip location.

          And i have gone through your terms and conditions. My cycle no. 3217802 was there in pedal station only that too before 8.00pm and if you need please do confirm using gps service for the particular time that cycle location.

          I was having bus at 8.15pm to travel another city. For your reference i am sending you some my booked red-bus travel ticket screen shots and my all zoom car messages which were i will regularly get for my trips.

          My cycle was there in pedal station only that too on or before 8.00pm on 23rd august, 2018.

          Now it is asking for another 117rs to paid due.

          Please help me out from this to continue your service

            I already locked cycle at the station but when i tap on end trip it wont end i just waited for 20 min i already completed the trip under 10 min but why i was charged more for your disgusting app network error. I was trying to end but it just shows timeout i mean wtf no helplin no no nothing. I want my money back and this is not for one time it happened me twice. Please refund money.

              Car was issued on 10am returned within 45mins b'coz of issues with break. Had a word with zoomcar executive they said lock the car and ride will be cancelled and refund will be initiated.

              But truth was no refund was initiated no trip got cancelled car not even reached 1km from the picked up area.

              Zoomcar did well, to give all the execuses to the customer and this # service.

                I booked a baleno vehicle thru zoomcar.com for travel on from 21st nov till 24th nov. Booking was done for pickup from airport and drop at airport as per the illustration given by them during the booking process.


                After making the payment i got a message with a booking confirmation and the pickup point was mentioned as domlur. From oman i wrote to them 3-4 times asking for a clarification as i have done the booking from /to airport. No response was received and it is next to impossible to speak to a help desk executive.

                I took the risk of travelling with the same confirmation as the money is already paid online. On reaching bangalore i again tried for nearly 15-20 minutes to reach to their call center and after going thru multiple option i figured out an option to reach a human and asked for the delivery of vehicle.

                The response from her really made me speechless. When i said the booking request was from airport and your system has selected terminal 1 in the airport why did the confirmation came from domlur…. She immediatley responded saying there are 2 airports in bangalore and they meant the other airport for pickup and also ironically the vehicle pickup point is a residential area which is 5-6 kms from the old airport also.

                For the information of all the old airport of bangalore was closed in the year 2008

                I have seen many complaints about delayed delivery, vehicle quality, cleanliness etc and all this can be still considered as errors/mistakes but claiming that an airport closed 10years before as operational and asking us to take the vehicle from an area which is 25kms away from the airport is a fraud.

                Misleading the customer with wrong details in website and after collecting money changing the fact.

                I travelled from muscat to india for a quick 2 ½ day visit for an urgent work and i was unable to do anything on 21st due the running around i have to do to take my vehicle. I missed an important meeting with a customer who came to finalise my house and the purpose of my trip was defeated.

                Also the vehicle was used only for 155kms in 3 days and when i took vehicle it had 15% fuel and returned with 80% fuel neat and clean. I was forced again to leave early morning 0430 to deliver vehicle back to domlur point and took a taxi from there to airport.

                I also got a debit of inr 1000 towards cleaning charges with no mail or mention about it. It was delivered spic and clean with not even a single slip inside the vehicle.

                I want a clear response from zoom car failing which iam going to consumer protection with screen shot of all their website pages and explain them how you are cheating customers.

                  My zoomcar account has been blacklisted for no reason. I have tried to reach zoomcar on many occasions but there is no response from zoomcar. There is no direct way to talk to a customer executive. I have written complaints from the app too but yet no response. Due to this i'm unable to make any further bookings. Please see to my problem as try solving it as soon as possible. Thank you.

                    This complaint is in regards to a zoomcar centre in ahmedabad, gujarat, which is located in an open land without any proper facilities and the cars are always covered in dust and dirt. This zoomcar point is either illegal or inappropriate as per the standards required. It’s a request to please check upon this issue. The address of the centre is most probably the surdhara circle ahmedabad.

                      I took pedl cycle from kharadi bypass
                      But as soon as i started riding i realize that cycle is too bad condition to ride
                      So i left that bicycle near radisson blu and lock it
                      But since then i am unable to end the trip
                      And 3rs is being charge for every ten mins from my paytm balance.

                        Today at 5 pm, 24 oct 2018, i booked the pedle cycle no 3216341 from pedle station at aston service apartment, hsr layout sector 1 bangalore and dropped the cycle at nift college pedle station at 5.30 pm.
                        But i am not able to lock the cycle to end trip. Trip is still continue because of this issue and money is getting deducted from paytm wallet.

                        Please end trip asap and refund the extra amount charged from me.

                          Dear sir,

                          In regards to damage clause, zoom car is charging a ridiculous cost of rs.[protected] refund amount +1000 cash) for a small dent, while their website claims, that car is been 100% insured and need not worry about the damages and then they charge damage expense, every customer is charged for insurance, why are they charging a damage expense., since the car is insured the company should first get estimate, claim an insurance and non claimed part of insurance should be charged post producing the bill. The company should not take the charges upfront but only after getting the claim amount from the insurance company.

                          They are charging a fees mentioning that is what was there in terms and condition is unfair., as we understand for our own car, we claim insurance for damage and also would consider a premium increase amount and take an appropriate decision., here customer is not given choice to decide, even after paying insurance amount.

                            I have booked a car on 20th November, 2018 from Banglaore. Booking id: JPS649CHO. Timing was 8am to 8 pm. I have paid Rs.[protected] is deposit, 1100 is the discounted tariff ). Since I knew there will be delay I extended for 2 hrs by paying Rs.241. Money also debited from bank and it was visible in Zoom car app.

                            After 8pm it was displaying delay message in the app. I end my trip at 9.30 pm.Then came message that Rs.631 will be deducted as late fee. So total refund as per them is Rs.2369.

                            When contacted via mail I got standard reply that they cannot do anything. After that 3 days i follwed up with proof. They did'nt bother to reply.

                            I paid Rs.4100 + Rs.241 = Rs. 4341

                            I must get Rs. 3000 refund as per policy.

                            Niether I got Rs. 3000 nor Rs.2369 as per them .

                            This is an act of fraud

                            We understand your disappointment here. We did check the above issue and see that extension was not confirmed as the payment was not made within the time limit and you were billed for dropping the vehicle late. However, as one exception, we have reversed the late charges and charged you the extension fee.

                            The amount of Rs. 2369 is processed to your source account and the amount Rs. 390 is processed through IMPS.

                              Its urgent i booked cycle no. 3219680 and not able to end trip at the parking station. The bicycle is still at psrking dtation. Ur software is to slow that had to wait but still unable to end trip. On force stop my trip was ended but my complaint is open due to which my whole monthly pack is going waste. Either refund my whole money or reslove the issue. Also tell me ur consumer no. I dont know what to do.

                                I am here to inform you that i am very dissatisfied with the service and how i was trapped for this unfair charges recovery.. I called and asked customer care a week ago 2 generally that i had a pending amount of previous trip for which i had made several complaints but it has not been resolved and i want to do a new booking am i able to do it..? Would that create any problem for me.. He said no. That is completely different.. You can go for a new booking..

                                So i did the booked the brezza for 17th nov and paid what ever it was showing.. Even there also it was showing balance nil and you can start your ride from the pick-up point.. When i reached the pick up point. He told me to pay the previous pending to start thus trip.. And even this trip amount is non refundable if i cancel it. I didn't expect this kind o[censored]nethical behavior from such a reputed company.

                                But as i was trapped like this and it was very urgent for me to reach pune for a meeting. I had no option other than paying this.

                                I seriously had no issue in paying the genuine charges of wheel cap and extra kms. I sincerely requested many times to correct the outstanding amount so that i could clear that.

                                I am here by requesting you to please provide me a genuine & fair solution for this. Even if you reverse thr charges and provide me zoom credits i am ok with that because that won't be a unfair loss to me.. I was true and ready to pay the genuine and fair charges from the beginning.. Just refund me the partial amount which was unfair and lied by your executive.

                                That's totally wrong & unethical. I can show you the images how the charges are increased with 5 to 6 hours of my drop off. He did not inform me about any cleaning charges.. He should have informed me about the same that i need to pay these charges when i went for the drop off. That too Rs. 1500 for cleaning are you going to get a teflon coating from my money... LOL

                                I raised many complaints regarding these. Share every screenshot. Never got a proper resolution on that. And finally cheated me when i made a new booking by telling me that this booking is different and that pending case is different. Took the whole amount of new booking. And when i went to pick up they informed me about the previous due first clear that then only you would be able to pick up and the amount is non refundable.

                                If this was the case that you won't allow me to pickup for the new booking why allowed me to go for a new booking payment. you should have added the pending with that payment or notified me that first clear this due.

                                If was not true at my place would not have agreed to pay the extra kms charges, wheel cap charges from the first day. Whatever their staff will say would be final for them. No care for the customers. If one of their executive is wrong or cheat customer has to pay. They dont have any proper control departments.

                                Waste of money, whole trip was spoiled. Will never ever going to book a Zoom Car.

                                  This post is about the horrible and completely unacceptable pathetic service offered by zoomcar in the midst of an emergency to us on 21st november 2018. We were ruthlessly made to wait for 9 hours on a ghat highway with no assistance offered.

                                  We are a bunch of engineering students from iit bombay and had booked a red scorpio mh-14-fc-4108 with the booking id 'jps649t5f' for a 240 km package from 7am to 7pm. We picked up the car from a zoomcar garage near nirmal lifestyle, mulund.

                                  The car seemed to have a pick up issue from the beginning.in spite of pressing the accelerator pedal, the engine was revving, but the car was not accelerating significantly. We however adjusted and proceeded with our journey to alibaug. Amidst our return journey to mumbai at around 3 pm, this clutch problem elevated. At around 3.30, when we were 10 km away from alibaug, the clutch completely stopped working and the vehicle came to a halt. It seemed that the clutch plates were worn out.

                                  We were stuck on the highway in the ghats and had nowhere to go. We then reported the issue to the zoomcar customer care service[protected] and registered a complaint at 3.45 pm. They reverted back with a promise of sending a towing truck by 6 pm and directed us to find our way back to mumbai on our own with our own expenses.

                                  Upon calling them several times, they offered us a taxi service with 50 free km. We hesitantly agreed as it was our only option. They gave us a contact of a taxi driver to which they claimed of already having spoken to. The driver however ([protected]) denied of having received any instruction or call from zoomcar. They instructed us to hand over the car to a nearly residence at our own risk. But the owners of that nearby residence did not agree to take care of the car. We had no other option but to wait for the towing truck to arrive and then find the transport.

                                  While waiting for the towing truck, we got a call at around 5.30 pm saying the truck service had then been dispatched and the truck would reach us by 8 pm. We tried to reach out to the customer care service multiple no. Of times after that were in vain. We again got a call from towing truck driver at 8 20 saying they were then starting from chembur (Which is 85 km away from the place where we were), which would take them 4 more hours to reach the destination. At around 11 pm, we got a call again saying the towing truck driver would be there in 20 min. Later again at 11.30 pm, the same driver said, he would reach my place in an hour or so.

                                  Having lost hope on the zoomcar service and having lost faith on the arrival of their so called towing truck, we tried out for our personal contacts and gathered help. We left the place in a cab at 12 am. We handed over the keys to our acquaintance who immediately came over to help and stayed there till the truck arrived. The late night charges of the return vehicle costed us around 4000 rs.

                                  As customers, we were not given any attention and were repeatedly lied to. We were made to wait for 9 hours and are not sure of how long it would have taken to the truck to arrive if we had not relied on our personal contacts. This service is completely unacceptable and we shall go to the consumer court regarding this.

                                    I hired a car on 20th nov 2018 from delhi, just wanted to let you know that the car was in a bad condition or i should say pathetic condition, wiper blades were not working and your executive told us to get it fixed from a service centre on our own and zoom car will reimburse and when we said that we will pay extra but please privide us with better car then we were told this is the only option we have and we asked her if we cancel the booking will we get any refund she said no we won't get anything so we took that car and later when we were driving we got to know that the shockers are also gone and not working completely ruining our back and spoiling our trip as were traveling to mountains and when we again complained to your executive named kamal pego he told us that you shouldn't have accepted the car and you would have got the refund and he was really rude and he made us feel as if we are lying, i just want to tell you that you and your team doesn't respect your customers time, money and value, we are highlyyyyy disappointed with your service and we will make sure that nobody from our side hire your car.

                                      I had made several complaints regarding this from the day of booking itself and even requested many calls or assistance but nothing had been done.. Your team totally ignored everything.. These are all fake charges.. The boy who was there at the time of drop off, he filled everything on the mobile application on his own.. I was ready to pay for the extra kms..
                                      I am still ready to pay for it.. As it is a genuine charge.. But cleaning charges 1500, late charge all that were not fair enough.. On the last moment they called me and changed the pickup location as the car was not available at previous location for where i had booked for.. Then also i told the customer executive that new location is unknown and far.. So it will take some more time to reach there for pickup and drop off also.. I even informed the boy from where i picked up the car that i will late by an hour.. Do you have any more bookings?? He said no.. 1 hour we will manage no issue..

                                      And then i met a different guy at the time of drop off.. There was a lack of communication between these two.. Don't know what's the reason but the boy at the time of drop off was so much irritated to the boy i met last night at the time of pickup.. So he didn't listen to me at all and made every entry on his own.. This was really a bad experience with zoom car for the first time.. I have all the screenshots of the app.. How they increased the due amount day by day and added all fake charges..

                                      Hi Team,

                                      Please consider the issue as priority. I want book the pedl ride, but because of the previous ride is not ending. Its not giving the option for booking the new ride.

                                      But form my account Rs.36 is got deducted. Actually I got end up the ride within 10 minutes then it should deducted only Rs.3. please try to revert back the remaining amount to my account as soon as possible

                                        When i had taken the car, the zoom car executive had checklisted the car and asked us to leave. And after dropping the car, the zoomcar executive had not told us about the missing of jacky in the car. I had even got a message around 03:05 am in the midnight informing that there are no outstanding amount. And in the morning after 10 am i got a message stating that the outstanding amount is 3, 000. This is completely unfair. I want to complaint against zoom cars.
