I booked bus ticket from chennai to Mayiladuthurai on 10.05.2024. in universal travels..my bus timing is 11.15 pm..I came to my boarding point at 11.10 pm but bus left very early..driver called me at 11.08 and shouted like anything at me..bus left you come to guindy..I told my bus timing is 11.15 pm only ..please wait I will reach in 2 minutes..he does not listen to me and shouted at me..very worst behaviour..atleast refund my ticket cost...
