I have booked zoom car (Ford freestyle) with order id jps6fm69t for[protected] from 07:00 am to 07:00 pm. The pickup location site was an open place on road. When i reached the site the car was filled with mist and muddy at places. Inside of the car was also with sand at the foot rest. Its not even visible outside due to mist and dirt i didnt mind as i was going on a nearby short trip that too on high way. There was no cleaning cloth inside i had to clean the mirrors with what ever tissue papers i had and started. I returned the car to the original location in time and less than free kms. Now to my surprise they are charging me with cleaning charges of 1000 rs. First of all its not in a usable condition then now they are in return charging me of cleaning. I will not recommend zoom car to my friends anymore. They lost their loyal customer

    I want my dl and aadhar data and images to be deleted from zoom car

    Hi,
    I requested zoom car executives to delete my adhaar card and dl images from their site before i close my account with them, as i do not want any personal data theft to happen. Recently came to know that govt has mandated a fine for organisations who deliberately keep the personal data o[censored]sers. Please ensure and confirm that zoom deletes my data.
    My zoom car account has been registered with the same mobile number as given...

    I also talked to customer care that he said that the speedometer in the car keeps 80 speed running there, and that does not stay which makes 125 in it, then you get a hero from a company who has a speedometer without speedometer we will not be a problem to any customer and you can tell that there are some policies, etc.

      We had received the car at 25% fuel capacity. During the trip we had refuelled to full tank capacity, and we returned the car at 50% fuel. But there seems to be no arrangements for reimbursement by zoomcar for the extra fuel left. This is highly disappointing and i regret giving zoomcar a five star rating at the end of the trip. I will avoid using and wont recommend zoomcar in the future.

        On 27 dec 2018, after returning my zoomcar after usage i was charged for rs 5000 stating headlight damage which is completely unjustified.

        I can prove that headlight wasn't damaged by me as
        * there was no damage what so ever on the headlight. Headlight cover was absolutely fine and there was not even scratch from outside. The outer glass of headlight was perfectly fine. How can i damage inside of the headlight glass without a scratching it from outside.
        * i have vide of their receiving guys stating the same above. The headlight must have been mis aligned previously (My mistake that i didn't look in detail as this was a very minor mis-alignment).
        * i drove in broad daylight and didn't switch on headlight.
        * i have clear video and photo proof of it.

        I'm sure it was broken from beginning. My fault being i didn't check headlight when receiving the car but surely i'm not paying them for this.

        I don't have official response from zoomcar team, just showing my penalty in the portal. I've sent my proof pictures to their online complaint portal but there is no official response from them. On shaming them on social media they replied, assuring to look into it. Only to say their penalty is valid after 6 days. Absolutely pathetic of them to not clearly mention why and on what ground is i'm charged.

        From my side i'm adding that there was smoke coming out of bonnet while handing over the car keys. But i have proof that car was parked 1.5 hours back and if there is smoke on a stopped and shutdown car i can't be held responsible. I can provide proof that

        * engine was shut since more than 1 hour.
        * clear video shows that at the time of handing over keys to their guy, engine was shut and car was locked.
        * how can i get inside a locked car and inside the bonnet and spark their headlight wire to smoke it's wire?
        * smoke came even in front o[censored]s (Me and the guy receiving the car) when it was stopped and all shut down.
        * i should be happy there was no short circuit when we were inside the car for their faulty headlight wiring.

        I booked car for 2pm-6pm for just 20km. Drove it from 2pm-4:45pm for 28km and parked in front of my apartment. Didn't caring about headlight or anything. Dont remember even breezing past slightest of things so not sure in this smoothest of smooth condition i can break their headlight and burn their wiring. Unless it was already faulty and damaged.

        Also i would like to know how they come up with damage charge and why wasn't i notified about this immediately and asked for clarification etc.

          I have booked a 7 seater for on december 1, 2018 at 7: 00 am and returned the vehicle on december 2, 2018 at 7: 00 pm. As a caution deposit, i have paid an additional amount of rs. 3000 from which i should have received almost 1170 after respective deductions. I have been informed that the refund will be completed within 15 days but it didn't happen. Later on contacting customer service it was informed that the process will be completed by 24 december, 2018. Still i haven't received the amount.

There was no dues left and they told me that the security money will reflect in my account before 29 December. But it is more than the promise and they are giving my payment.               I booked zoom car on december 15 they told refund will be received on 26 december but still i not received customer care not attending calll what to do worst service in india zoomcar i have booked cret with zoom car the refund deposit is 5000 they charged extra 700as additional amount i dont know how no one should book with zoomcar try alternates worst service

                Zoomcar sending recovery notice instead of giving explanation. The car was damaged while parking, and I informed to Zoomcar about this right away. But they charged me 12000, 4000x3 for each part which is not reasonable and as I checked with mechanics in ford showroom, that doesn’t cost that much . I already paid ₹7264. Also I have written to Zoomcar Helpdesk couple of times regarding the issue. But not received any response. Instead they are sending recovery notice. I requested for the liability amount after claiming insurance. Because we are paying for insurance as well during the booking.
                Don’t blindly mention the damage amount as 12000, instead share the repair cost bills which I should bear after claiming from insurance, I will pay. I know, that will not be more than that you have deducted already ₹7264.

                  A) discontinuation from zap programme for vehicle no. Ap31tvb0256 at
                  Visakhapatnam was sent on 07 jul 2018 which was firmly responded by your team
                  Through a reply mail. After repeated e-mails and reminders the iot device was
                  Uninstalled from my car on 09 august 2018, which is 32 days later from my notice date.
                  B) i have understood after repeated calls that i have been removed/blocked to
                  Contact zap support team on their zap associate customer care no. So there was no
                  Option of contacting the team or zoomcars private limited on call and to the peaks
                  There is no manager/head here in visakhapatnam and they don’t has any office here at
                  This location. Mr sudheer nunna, who was the person who had processed my file in
                  Visakhapatnam in nov 2017 for listing the car in zap platform and was the person to
                  Sign in agreement made had left job at zoomcars. So there was no point in contacting
                  Him. I was stranded and was running pillar to post and was enquiring my fellow zap
                  Associates for need, but i could not get any contact no’s or updates regarding my
                  Vehicle change of ownership.
                  C) the car was supposed to undergo the repairs of damages caused by the
                  Customers during the bookings made on zap platform. The zoomcar india pvt. Limited
                  Is responsible for those repairs according the zap 2.0 policies. The images were sent
                  As urged by the team through mail but the repair issue was never addressed formally
                  And repairs are still pending from your side.
                  D) from 07 jul 2018 to date its almost 04 months the repairs of the vehicle and
                  Change of ownership has not been done or initiated. I have been trying to contact zap
                  Support team or zoomcar india pvt. Limited on numerous platforms like g-mail (To zap
                  Support on zap. [protected]@zoomcar.com dates are jul 28, aug 3, aug 7, aug 09, aug
                  14, sep 26, sep 29, oct 9, oct 31 of 2018 and to mr. Dhinakaran on oct 31 2018 to mr.
                  Sudheer nunna on 27 sep 2018), on customer care no., facebook - mesenger dates
                  Are 27 sep, 29 sep, 09 oct, 11 oct, 31 oct of 2018, but there used to be the same formal
                  Copy-paste replies every time. I used to be desperately waiting to hear from your team
                  Or zoomcar india pvt. Limited to get an update and reason for the delay which has killed
                  My valuable time and made a huge loss. I have all the proofs of call recordings, mails
                  Sent to zoomcar india pvt limited with date and time precisely.
                  E) despite several remainders over breach of payouts for the completed trip
                  Bookings on your part, you have failed to abide by consent terms of your zap policies.
                  There is a certain amount pending to me from zoomcars on various bookings.
                  Whenever some unusual deductions or extra charges (Like for cleanliness charges,
                  Extra mileage, damages, wrong kms calculation, wrong fuel reading calculation) are
                  Reported to zap team, the validated or promised amount has never disbursed or
                  Reimbursed to me which is a huge loss.
                  F) this is a clear violation of terms of the agreement you had signed and consented
                  To at the time of listing car on zap platform. The agreement also contains a clause
                  Where zoomcars shall handover the vehicle in reasonable commercial condition save
                  And agrees to provide all reasonable assistance for re-registering the vehicle under
                  Lessor (Me) name on termination.
                  G) the vehicle is registered as a commercial taxi cab and the business with
                  Zoomcars india private limited was not fruitful and seemed to be a fraud company
                  Which does not have any ethics of doing business and making people utter fools. The
                  Non transfer of vehicle on my name has compelled me to pay increased amount of
                  Interest rates on emi's, a very high amount of insurance, rsa and various other
                  Compulsory allied charges. As the car was not re registered in a prescribed time bound
                  Manner i have to bear a huge loss in terms of money, time and mental trauma all these
                  Gone days in 05 months. As the vehicle was not transferred on my name i have missed
                  A good income opportunity to engage/run the car on various other income generating
                  Platforms alike zoomcars in the market. My entire business has stopped since last 05
                  Months and i have suffered huge financial losses due to the same.
                  In spite of repeated requests, reminders and demands by me you have
                  Willfully and/or deliberately failed, neglected and refused to repair the vehicle
                  And change of ownership on my name within the time stipulated as per the
                  Business norms and/or agreement and as such committed gross breach/default
                  In due performance and observance of the terms and conditions of the business
                  Transactions and/or agreement.

                    A fuel bill of Rs. 1900 uploaded has not been considered in the refund and now the app shows an outstanding of Rs. 916 payable by me.

                    Numerous attempts to reach the customer care are a waste as the helpline has no decent option flow where one can register complaints and seek resolution.

                    The company should recheck the refund calculation and include the fuel bill of Rs. 1900 which I have uploaded even before ending the trip.

                      Hi team,
                      I booked zoom car many times and had great experience.

                      However, during my last booking on 3 nov, when i went to pick up the car (Automatic pickup), the car did not start due to no fuel.
                      In a hurry to arrive at my plan location, i had no option but to leave the car unused and took another mode of travel. Zoom car customer care is never reachable.

                      When contacted zoom car for refund of my booking, it was declined saying i have not reached out to them for debugging.

                        Jps6frybi: money got deducted on the name of scratch because they take deposit of 1500 and dont want to give it back. An employee of hotel inn site hemant of ahmedabad harras mentally and give threat of physical violence. I have video when he says we already have your 1500 and you can do nothing. There is no scratch at all. Later they mailed me an image where there is a minor scratch and said i have been charged for that. You literally have to sleep on the floor to find this scratch. I am attaching that pic for reference. Please help me with guidance of legal procedure to follow with zoom car.#zoomcarfraud

                            I booked a tata tiago from zoom car on 8 december 2018 booking id: jps6fol55. Now from 11 december i am complaining that the refund account no application is is showing isn't mine, then also they initiated the refund on 12 december then i was complaining again and again so on 17 december they took new account no and said that they will refund my account within 48 hours, but no refund came so i contacted them again on 22 december then they said nothing can't be done we successfully did the transaction, contact your bank then i contacted the bank they said ask them in which bank account no they transferred then i asked then they said the account no is [protected] so my bank said that this account no doesn't exist and must be the amount has reversed ask them so asked them this on 27 december they said we will send the email where u can write your new account no and we will imps it within 24 hours but till today i didn't got anything, so i called them again they said no we transferred it on 12 december, again they said same things so i went on twitter they said wait till 9 january we will refund and then suddenly they said no we already did this, please help me i am a student, rajat choudhary

                              I took a trip on 11 december with this dreaded company. I was supposed to receive my refund of the security deposit by the 23rd of december. It is already 29th today and i still haven't received it. This is the worst car company. Wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They don't have proper customer service and don't reply to my emails (Just a standard reply). This is a lot of hassle, hope that i get my money back.

                                I had earned a free ride coupon through z points in zoomcar but when i apply that code the application displays the following : "promo code is applicable only on normal".
                                What does that mean.!!? Please provide some kind support... This code was for weekday and i did exactly what the coupon conditions were.. I want to book a weekday ride but the coupon still doesn't get applied.. This is so frustrating..

                                  I booked a Zoomcar in Mumbai from 18 December to 21 December. The booking ID was JPS6FLOFL. The car was an orange Tata Tiago.

                                  During my trip, I was hit by a backing car in a jam which damaged my bonnet with a dent on it. I agree that booking the car makes only me liable for any damage. My mechanic told me that this can be fixed within 1000 rs but Zoomcar app says 4000 for severe bonnet damage.

                                  Now the place where I picked up the car was some open roadside parking along the highway in chembur. At night I dropped the car there and there was no attendant there to check the car. I honestly marked the bonnet damage and thought the charges even if levied would be 4000 at max. I happily left the car along.

                                  Next day I saw outstanding damage charges of a total of 9000! It mentions damage charges of 4000 X 2 = 8000. Why twice? No explanation. And further 1000 rs cleaning charges have been unfairly levied. How? The cars outside was dirty when we picked it up, since of course it's on the side of a highway and then we left it as it is. Again whole night it was on highway roadside parking. No one to check it. And then they say cleaning charges.

                                  I emailed them immediately to demand an explanation. They only said charges are fair and no explanation. I again emailed them saying I won't pay Unfair charges.

                                  They didn't reply. Now they emailed me saying they will initiate legal proceedings if I dont pay the whole amount. But again no explanation.

                                  I demand to see a CCtv footage of what happened to the car. How can I be responsible for cleaning when the car is in some illegal highway side parking with no one to look after? How can you levy twice the damage charges when you mention 4000 on the app?

                                  And can you show me receipts of damages you got repaired? It DOES NOT COST even 4000.

                                  This is apparently a well known Zoomcar technique these days to extract money. I used to still suggest Zoomcar to friends but I would never use their service again.

                                  Even we can take the legal route. Take only what is due. And give proofs. I have the video proof of the car.

                                  Again the same reply. You are still not reading it properly.

                                  Your app mentions bonnet damage as "Rs 4000". You have levied Rs 8000. That is UNFAIR.

                                  And you have levied cleaning charges of 1000 even though car was in an illegal roadside parking unmanned for the whole night. Do you have CCTV footage of what happened to the car when it was there? The car when I picked up was already dirty from the outside. There is no way I am responsible for that. You didnt even have a zoomcar person who could check us off on site.

                                  Only 4000 are valid charges. Please look into the message before giving generic replies. At least try to provide decent customer service before threatening your customers and harassing them.
                                  again, same response. Can you give a proof for the levied charges? Why 4000 X 2? It' supposed to be 4000. And I can show you the car video? Why cleaning charges of 1000 when the car was outside? I am NOT LIABLE for cleaning of a car kept roadside without any surveillance or protection.

                                  Could you provide explanation of the DOUBLE charges levied? Would you care for a detailed 'with proof' response before threatening or looting?

                                    I have taken cycle from pedl station on jm road to travel upto laxmi road for first time. I have locked the cycle on laxmi road for 1 or 1 and half hour. But, when i returned my cycle was not getting unlocked. I have tried for almost 30 40 mins get it unlocked using pedl faqs and contacting my friends by calling them.
                                    After some time app was showing the trip is not alive, when i was clicking on unlock and i was not getting charged above inr 28. However, after more than 1 day, i suddenly receive notification to return my rented cycle to pedl station and my bill at that time is above inr 700. The location where i left cycle is around 15kms from my place, but i reached there by auto then tried to unlock the cycle and it worked this time. I have returned the cycle to jm road pedl station where i have started and my final bill amount becomes inr 768.
                                    I zoomcar application, i have tried to search for option to raise compiant but there is no option to do so. On clicking the "i would like refund" i got the notification saying my inr 744 will be returned. However, it not getting deposited in my paytm account for more than 20-25 days. Hence, raising concern here.
                                    Pedl is worst cycle service, i would never use this service and will never recommend this to anyone.
