I have taken cycle from pedl station on jm road to travel upto laxmi road for first time. I have locked the cycle on laxmi road for 1 or 1 and half hour. But, when i returned my cycle was not getting unlocked. I have tried for almost 30 40 mins get it unlocked using pedl faqs and contacting my friends by calling them.
After some time app was showing the trip is not alive, when i was clicking on unlock and i was not getting charged above inr 28. However, after more than 1 day, i suddenly receive notification to return my rented cycle to pedl station and my bill at that time is above inr 700. The location where i left cycle is around 15kms from my place, but i reached there by auto then tried to unlock the cycle and it worked this time. I have returned the cycle to jm road pedl station where i have started and my final bill amount becomes inr 768.
I zoomcar application, i have tried to search for option to raise compiant but there is no option to do so. On clicking the "i would like refund" i got the notification saying my inr 744 will be returned. However, it not getting deposited in my paytm account for more than 20-25 days. Hence, raising concern here.
Pedl is worst cycle service, i would never use this service and will never recommend this to anyone.

Could you provide explanation of the DOUBLE charges levied? Would you care for a detailed 'with proof' response before threatening or looting?
