Dakshinpuri... Mi tv motherboard issue not resolved for more than a month. I reported to jeeves on 19th september, the tech came home and said that mother board need to be replaced. He said that it will take a week for the replacement part to arrive. I called jeeves customer multiple times they keep saying that its a part pending case... under the name of my mother who passed away a year before and as a legal hire we went to the branch multiple times for death claim formalities and submitted every documents which were requested. We were informed that the jewel will be returned to us post formalities within 15 days and further stated that they will call us on when to collect the jewel... in the year 2014 i renew my mother home so after 2014 to 2017 i was having 5 fans, 7 cfls, fridge, tv, geyser and washing machine, for this i was getting the reading around 90 to 100 units per month. in year 2017 when msedcl changed my meter to digital the reading got increased so i stopped using geyser, washing machine and tv for reducing the consumption... My mother is being insured with star health since 2014. Every year renewal went fine in time and there are no claims made till date. This year due to my onsite travel, i missed to renew by 25th august 2019 but later within two weeks during grace period only i approached star health renewal team asking for porting my father to star health & getting my mothers insurance renewed... product zebronicg31 mother bord combo kit from flipkart on 3rd octobor.
