In short, i was there at drop location at 10 pm, zoom server had issue, could not end the trip on app, cust number not working, got a call around 2.30 am night, asked them to end the trip, for the next 1 day, they dint end the trip in spite of calling them multiple times, they have charged me 9925, they say if i dont pay they will take legal action and i should pay the legal expense.

Complaint marked as Resolved I had posted my concern on all zoomcar forums, finally got resolving on Facebook.
Zoomcar customer support has been notified about the posted complaint.
